Malayan Towage and Salvage Corporation (MTSC) was established in 1974 to provide world-class integrated maritime solutions. MTSC works closely with our business partners to provide safe, time-efficient, and cost-competitive solutions while maintaining high levels of service, safety, and operating standards. We provide turn-key solutions as well as routine services and align our services with our Clients' businesses.
In addition to MTSC, the following entities support and enhance MTSC capabilities:
- Asia Pacific Chartering (APC) provides Ship Agency Services, Ship Brokering, Ship Husbanding, Grain Trading, and Vessel Lay Up.
- Subic Drydock Corporation (SDC) is a full-service shipyard located at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
ASSETS
Our fleet includes 20 multi-tasked tugs (ranging from 2400HP to 5000HP). Assets are strategically located in our designated operational sites to support our Clients' requirements.
- MTSC's marine assets carry full Protection and Indemnity (P&I) coverage from The Shipowner's Club (SOP), an IG Club.
- MTSC prioritizes safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements. We work closely with the Philippine Coast Guard, Marina, and Philippine Ports Authority.
- MTSC's assets are classed by international agencies such as RINA or by domestic class societies.
- All of MTSC assets benefit from a proactive PMS system to include dry docking.
