April 24, 2024 – Malayan Towage and Salvage Corporation (MTSC), in partnership with the Philippine Institute of Petroleum (PIP) and its members (Shell, Chevron, Isla LPG, PTT, Total, and Petron), effectively concluded the initial phase of the Waterborne Industry Spill Equipment (WISE) Oil Spill Response Exercises for 2024 at the Shell Terminal in Tabangao, Batangas. Notable attendees included member representatives from PIP (Petron, Shell, Total, Isla LPG, Chevron and PTT), Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) Batangas and First Gen.
