Oil Extraction Operations At Princess Empress In Mindoro Progressing
June 13, 2023 – MTSC reports that Deep Sea Vessel (DSV) Fire Opal equipped with 2 WROVs arrived at the site in Mindoro on 29th May 2023. Oil extraction operations commenced on 1st June 2023. Thus far, approximately 76,000 liters of oil have been recovered. The oil extraction operations will be ongoing until all the accessible oil onboard the vessel has been removed.
