M/t Defiance Successfully Passes OVID Inspection By SPEX
On September 19 2020, MTSC’s M/t “Defiance” successfully passed its OVID inspection carried by Shell Exploration, Philippines (“SPEX”). SPEX exclusively contracts MTSC for oil spill response; tugboat support; and mooring master services at the Malampaya Gas Terminal in Palawan.
