April 14, 2023 - Malayan Towage and Salvage Corporation (MTSC) has been working under the direction of the Philippine Coast Guard ( PCG) to address the oil spill situation in Oriental Mindoro caused by the sunken MT Princess Empress. MTSC assets MT Titan-1 and MT Lidagat, laden with oil spill response supplies and equipment as well as trained oil spill response personnel, were mobilized on date and date respectively.
