Oil Spill In Oriental Mindoro
April 14, 2023 - Malayan Towage and Salvage Corporation (MTSC) has been working under the direction of the Philippine Coast Guard ( PCG) to address the oil spill situation in Oriental Mindoro caused by the sunken MT Princess Empress. MTSC assets MT Titan-1 and MT Lidagat, laden with oil spill response supplies and equipment as well as trained oil spill response personnel, were mobilized on date and date respectively.

Batangas | Oil Spill Drill In JG Summit
February 25, 2023 – Malayan Towage and Salvage Corporation (MTSC) orchestrated an Oil Spill Response drill at JG Summit in Batangas as part of MTSC’s exclusive oil spill response retainer . MTSC assets MT Bauan and MT Fitial participated in the detailed drill which simulated a planned response in the event of an incident at the terminal. The drill was attended by JG Summit executives and MTSC personnel.

WISE Oil Spill Response Exercise | CDO 2022
December 14, 2022- MTSC completed the 3rd leg of the WISE (Waterborne Industry Spill Equipment) Oil Spill Response exercise in Cagayan de Oro which was attended by Shell, Petron and Isla Gas representatives along with Salvtug clients, Port Authorities and The Philippine Coast Guard.
